Dr. Charles Frederick Moore, MD

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Moore was extremely disappointing. He entered the room with incorrect assumptions about my medical history, stating I had been seen in 2025 when I had not been there since 2020. After calmly correcting him, his tone became condescending. He repeatedly dismissed my symptoms, interrupted me, and insisted my ANA was negative despite a documented positive titer for over five years. It was evident my chart had not been properly reviewed. When I addressed his rude bedside manner, he responded dismissively. I was particularly troubled by his unprofessional comments belittling other providers within the same practice. After only a few uncomfortable minutes, he suggested I seek another physician if I wanted a diagnosis—completely missing the point of my visit, which was to seek help, not a label. As a healthcare professional myself, I found this encounter unprofessional, dismissive, and disheartening. I would not recommend this provider.

Dr. Moore was very thorough in his examination of my autistic son. He listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. He is very knowledgeable and explained his findings and thoughts to us in a way we could both understand.

Dr. Moore is amazing. He absolutely has his patient's best interests at heart.
