Very agressive and rude. Wanted to poke holes in my baby's eardrums because of a small amount of non infected fluid. Baby NEVER had ear trouble or infections, never needed antibiotics. Wasn't even there for that. I politely declined, stating I'd like to wait to see if it resolved (I work in primary care and see this ALL THE TIME). He said it was the "wrong decision but okay." Yeah, maybe wrong for him because he doesn't get the hundreds of dollars from it. Will never see him again. Please be careful and do your research if he recommends anything!

My appt was at 10am. Got taken back at 10:54am. Waited another 15 mins. I have had strep, mono, tonsillitis several times in a few years and was recommended to get a tonsillectomy at 20yrs old. First words out of his mouth were, “It’s not happening.” Before he even looked at me. Said that if I’m unhappy I can see someone else. I need to have 3 episodes each year for 2 years which I’ve had, but he wouldn’t even consider it. Yes the risk is worse because I’m older, but I had strep twice in one month. I felt rushed and like he didn’t care. He was rude and when we heard a child crying, he said, “Thanks for not doing that.” I’m going to another ENT because I’m tired of getting steroid shots all the time and couldn’t even take the same antibiotic because it was too close together, but I didn’t get the chance to tell him that it was that rushed. Sorry it’s long but I do not recommend him.
