I had cataracts removed from both eyes. Dr. Niles and his staff were very reassuring and supportive. I was informed prior to surgery of what I might expect regarding outcomes. The results were far better than I expected. I heartily recommend Dr. Niles and his staff if the reader is considering cataract surgery.

I was astounded by the poor rating given Dr. Niles. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He treated both my parents successfully with macular degeneration. When I was diagnosed with glaucoma, they "encouraged" me to drive five hours just to be treated by him. Since then I have had successful cataract surgery in both eyes by him. He has a busy practice but I never thought that he did not take the time needed to address my concerns. When you come for an appointment expect to spend more than an hour there. You are not sitting there, but you are given many tests. He has been my ophthalmologist for over 5 years and I feel strongly that he is someone who has great concern for his patients. My sister recently told me that her friend has been diagnosed with glaucoma. I told her to get an appointment with Dr. Niles. She later told me that someone else told to go to only one ophthalmologist and that, of course, was Dr. Niles.

I chose Dr. Niles to do my cataract surgery after receiving many recommendations from friends and family. I am so happy I did my surgery went very well. He explained everything that I needed to know in a professional and patient manner. His staff is so helpful and friendly and also professional.

If you want a friendly, informed, well-organized optamologist experience with one of the top docs in the area then Dr Niles office is the place to go! I've been 'deciding' about cataract surgery for 3 years. I'm close to that decision. My recent visit was topknotch in every respect, especially the time JoAnn, an outstanding patient advocate, spent with me. She answering every question going above and beyond my expectations. I haven't had the surgery yet but I'm confident I've chosen an excellent doctor and staff .

Dr. Niles did a fine job with my surgery. However,I have been with this practice for several years but have opted to change because of the general rudeness of the office staff. Most of the p Dr. Unless fine but the majority of the office staff is rude and unfriendly. After several years with Dr.Niles and other doctors there, I have opted to change physicians.

Dr. Niles is wonderful. Very caring and knowledgeable. There is a long wait to see him but he's worth it. Our eyes are precious and I only trust Dr. Niles for the best care. My husband sees him too and agrees 100%.
