Dr. Charles Alex Raele, MD

Started seeing Dr Raele and now I can see why he has such a long waiting list. He actually takes his full time with you and cares. He is the best psychopharmacologist and knows everything about medications.

I am so happy to have found this doctor. He has been the only doctor to find out what was wrong with me and why medications weren't working. The girls in the office are wonderful and I don't even mind the wait because he takes his time with me. THANK YOU!

Krista and Rebecca are so awesome. They take the time to listen to what the patients need and take care of any concerns. Both of them are an asset to the company. I love calling just to speak with them. Dr.Raele is so thorough and always takes time with each patient. Even when he's running late, he gives each patient their due time. I will continue to come back to see this Dr. He has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life.

He has a lousy track record for showing up for MY appointments. Bright young man, but I fired him.

Have been seeing Dr. Raele for many years and have been very pleased with his office staff until his move and the new staff. Very different vibe than his previous staff. Now that there are 2 people they seem more interested in talking to each other than making any connection with patients, I called yesterday and was told he might not get back to me that day. I called today a little after 1:30, heard the staff speaking to each other,and then hang up on me before I got a chance to speak. Called back and got answering machine. If this is the way things are going to be handled in the future, I am not sure what I will do. Unfortunately, a doctor is sometimes only as good as his receptionists. Never had a problem before

Terrible listener, constatly interrupts, ignores your wishes

He's the worst. Never returns phone calls. I'd avoid this doctor like the plague!!!
