Dr. Charles Wilson Randall, MD

I only deal with his nurse assistant and my experience has been very negative. I have to basically manage my own care. I have to hound the nurse to follow up on my question when I call. Dr. Randall only works 3 days a week and half a day at that. This is what I have been told by the nurse assistant. I had a procedure done by him and can’t get in to discuss the results until 4-6 weeks later. I have had GI bleeding and have been to the ER 5x for blood transfusions. I need a doctor I can see not just talk to his nurse for my follow up care. I should have had a follow up appointment so I can my decisions on have to manage my healthcare.

Dr is fine, can't say the same about the appointment desk or testing staff. They offer earliest appointment in two month even when you are highly symptomatic; if you insist on something earlier, they go like "hello, hello... then they disconnect the call and never call you back. Happened few times. Once diagnosed, it takes them two days and few of your calls for them to finally call your prescription to the pharmacy. Very cold and disconcerned. If you go just for regular screening (endoscopy or colonoscopy), you will not see this. However, when you get sick, that is when you discover how bad the service is. Makes me wonder if the doctor knows how are his patients treated. Personally, I am not going back and am looking for a new office.
