Hy-Vee pharmacy has been very helpful for the needs we have asked for. Service is great! We are in such a hurry up world today. Be thankful for checking that prescriptions are followed and correct.

I have noticed a trend lately that people only seem to be taking the time to post negative comments, so here goes. I have been very happy with the service I receive here. I can’t imagine the volume of prescriptions and people they deal with on a daily basis. I know it’s a job I don’t think I could do, so kudos to you hyvee (or any) pharmacy employees! I have never had a bad experience, unlike the many I had when I went to KMart. Thanks to all you do!

I have never had so much hassle for something so simple. You shouldn't have bought out Shopko. You obviously can't handle it.

This pharmacy seems to be a giant mess. Prescriptions in tubs on floor. How are employees even supposed to know if prescription is filled. Takes days to get prescriptions filled. Although all of this is going on they have promised to make things better. Improve customer service so I will give them another chance

We were having a difficult time with my sisters medication through her insurance. (She is non-verbal autistic and suffered a heart attack). We use Hy-Vee Pharmacy for the rest of her meds, so when MA denied her blood thinner that she needed, we called Hy-Vee and talked to Sue, the Pharmacy Tech. She was able to get us enough meds for 12 days and even went the extra mile to help us sign her up for the Eliquis Rx card. I am so thankful for all of the help that they provide to us!
