Dr. Charles Rurangirwa is the best obgyn. He is very polite, listens well, he's patient and takes his time listening to my comments and concerns, he never seems rushed. He's very welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. I've known him for 10 years and he's always been an excellent doctor. He has also delivered my 3 boys and he's excellent at checking up on me while in the delivery room. He's overall a great doctor that clearly loves his job.

Dr. Rurangirwa is the BEST DOCTOR!! He's so kind, caring and knowledgeable in all things OBGYN. I went to see him concerned over an issue and he thoroughly explained what was going on and he put my mind at ease. He is an excellent doctor and I am so blessed that i found him. His staff is also a great group of girls! They are always so pleasant and everyone works like a team! Great clinic, staff and Doctor!

Dr. Rurangirwa is a knowledgable and a fantastic doctor. However, the lack of professionalism from his staff, especially the receptionist and the office manager, is a significant problem. Now that Valley Baptist owns them they expect patients to know the new policies and procedures automatically. They make patients feel they are doing them a favor by scheduling an appoint for them. Also, they should call patients in advance to cancel appointments not let them know once you are there.

Dr. Rurangirwa is an amazing doctor. However, the lack of professionalism from his staff, especially the receptionist and the office manager, is a major problem. They assume that because they work their and know all the changes and policies, that patients should know, which we don't. They should advise patients before their visit so they are prepared to wait and even prepared to be told that you appointment is cancelled.

Dr. Rurangirwa is an excellent doctor! He makes his patients feel comfortable. I had never felt so comfortable with a doctor before and every time I go in as a walk in I'm accepted. Dr. Rurangirwa & his staff made my first pregnancy very well taken care of.

Dr. Rurangirwa has been exceptional with care in my case. He prefers natural birth and kept me under observation until the last minute and upon finding that my baby was meconium stained, he took the last step for C-section. I am healthy and my baby is healthy as well. I recommend him strongly.
