Dr russey has been my pcp for 10+ years, longer for my wife. He cares about my health and well being and me as a person. I’m almost always able to get in same day, also. He is reliable, well educated and supports me in my health care decisions (he doesn’t trash chiro - most mds look down on it). I’ll keep seeing him until I move or he fires me as a patient. :)

Dr. Russey is an excellent Dr. but his staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Their billing is also shady you better check with your insurance and learn how they bill it. They will collect your share of bill before you leave their office and will keep sending you more bill afterwards if your insurance refuses to validate their billing. His staff especially the office manager will literally harass patients on phone for as little as 2 cent bill by threatening to send it to collection. Complaining their behavior will make it worse than improve anything. I have not experienced such an unprofessional and unethical practice before .

Dr Russey is competent but really looking to fleece his patients. He will try to "sell' you services you do not need and charge you for everything he can possible charge for. My example? He charged me $25 to sign a general health form immediately after a physical (generic predefined form for an adoption) and tried to charge $25 for his staff (not even him) to stamp a form proving I had a physical at his office. Ridiculous! These should be standard and took mere seconds.
