Dr. Charles Craig Satterlee, MD

I would highly recommend Dr. Satterlee and his team to anyone needing a consultation for shoulder issues. He performed my rotator cuff repair and everything he said would happen did. Terrific staff. Wait times can be an issue because it is a busy practice, but they can advise you on scheduling to avoid this.

This is the best shoulder surgeon in my opinion and I am going back for the other one.

When it comes to sholders, Dr. Satterlee is tops in my opinion.

Dr. Satterlee was very knowledgeable and efficient in my examination. He was courteous and friendly. He performed a complicated surgery on my shoulder and explained the required aftercare and follow-up. The resulting scar was virtually invisible after about a month, which was somewhat disappointing because now I can't show it off.

Hoping for the best shoulder surgeon in KC. Waiting for doctors is always a pet peeve of mine...well I waited for 1.5 hours to see Dr. Satterlee then saw him for no more than 5-10 minutes. Now this was an initial consult, and he needed an MRA but man it was unacceptable all around. The only thing I have hope for is that if he makes me better, he'll be worth the wait. Review pending but initial thoughts not the greatest...

Dr. Satterlee and Staff were wonderful. 1st surgery I have ever had to have and it was a total shoulder replacement. I could not ask for better care before and after surgery. Jamie and Katie are also great! Since this was my 1st surgery I had a lot of questions before and after surgery and my wife called the office with quite a few questions and our phone calls were always returned. Excellent Surgeon, great personality, great care.

Thanks to Dr. Satterlee, and his excellent staff, I have been pain free after my should replacement six months ago. I was always greeted with a smile, and my endless list of questions were answered. Thank you Dr. Satterlee

Great overall experience! I am healing wonderfully after successful rotator cuff repair. I did wait a few weeks to get initial appt, however I was willing to wait as Dr. Satterlee was referred to me by a another top Orthopeadic from out of the area & friends had recommended him as well. The entire process was explained and happened just as they said. Jaimee, Dr. Satterlee's asst was superb in terms of answering questions both pre & post surgery. She got back to me immediately and I so appreciated that - especially right after surgery. Experts in shoulder care! YES INDEED!

Great care and personal concern. Gave me options and let me choose. Great support staff. I knew what to expect - no sugar coating. I am VERY pleased with the outcome after 4 months of treatment and physical therapy.

Dr. Satterlee performed rotator cuff surgery on both of my shoulders, 4 months apart. In both cases I only needed pain medication for 2 days and I exceeded the expectations of my Physical Therapist. I attribute my remarkable success to his skills as a surgeon. He was always pleasant to work with. His nurse was always very responsive to my calls. The whole experience was better than I could have ever expected.
