Dr Charles Louis Schaffer

Has to be someone better. His breath is terrible!

I have been a patient of Dr Schaffer's since 2011. Dr Schaffer is highly professional and also very kind and concerned about my eyes. I believe in yearly eye exams and I know I am receiving the best care and preventative measures possible. The staff is also very professional and kind, the assistants are very friendly and patient.

I was so blessed to have chosen Dr. Schaffer for my opthamology concerns. I am especially concerned about macular degeneration and details about that eye issue going forward. A yearly eye exam, for me, is what I must schedule for my peace of mind. I decided not to wait for an eye emergency to find a opthomologist. Dr Schaffer is a total professional with top notch first class education and experience and I trust him completely with my eye care. His staff is very kind and concerned. It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Schaffer.

While on vacation my much-needed glasses broke. I needed a replacement almost immediately as I'm pretty much blind without my glasses. Since Dr. Schaeffer had examined me about a month ago I called his office Monday morning requesting to be seen right away to get my prescription. After having stressed the urgency of my situation I was told they could possibly see me in a week but if I left a message with a technical person maybe she could see me sooner which I did. She did not return my call until Wednesday. I went to Walmart on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon my glasses were ready. I chose new designer frames and they were able to extract a prescription from my existing lenses. I will not be returning to Dr. Schaeffer's office in the future.
