The office staff is EXTREMELY rude. I deal with doctors' offices on a regular basis and I have never encountered such a horrendous, miserable office staff. These ladies were completely unwilling to help me on my small request. I would be put on hold for 10-15 minutes and immediately rushed off the phone by whoever answered. Because of the laziness of the front desk and nurse, I will no longer use this kind doctor's services. It is a shame that his office staff makes it difficult to remain a patient here.

Dr. Scott has an excellent repoire with children. He knows every trick in the book to make the examination more pleasant for the kids! He has a great sense of humor which is a nice addition to his medical expertise.
