Dr. Charles Frederick Sharp, MD

He has the rudest nurse I have ever encountered. It was impossible to get him to give me the results of the many tests he did. I had to call and email him multiple times and finally needed a patient advocate to help me. When I checked out the clerk said I could get my results on the patient portal. There were several out of normal range results and I am not a medical professional and could not interpret them. Dr. Sharp did not stay on topic during our consultations and talked about things that had no connection to the problem I was seeing him for.

Well maybe his is a good doctor I didn't had chance to get appointment, but what upset me was the wait time for them to get back to me. Firs of all they requested my medical records, and when I asked if I can email them they said it has to be faxed, mailed or physically delivered. That should have been the first sign for me that something is wrong. I mean come on 2019 and they don't use email. I've been to other doctors and there were able to access my medical records online. Another thing is based on the doctor protocol, the patient have to be referred by another physician. But based on what my insurance told me with PPO insurance patients should be able to choose any physician without referral. And another thing all good are left on their website and they are all filtered to leave the good reviews and cant leave review even if you want. Bottom line is people should leave more realistic reviews if we actually wanted all this businesses to change their attitude towards patients and… costumers, because the way I choose my doctors was based on the reviews I read, and trust me there is a lot of doctors there that are really bad and misdiagnose 60% of their patients.

He gives the impression of thorough knowledge in his field, excellent bedside manner, very conscientious in his follow-up.
