He is a bad doctor. He hasn't done blood work for my grandmother in over a year. So he didn't even know where her levels were at and just kept giving her meds. And the meds caused her to have internal bleeding because he didn't do his job. She could've died. We switch docs. He tries to be too much of a friend then a doctor. I don't recommend him to anyone. He shouldn't be a doctor. All the pain and suffering my gram had to go through because of him. It's just awful. Who else or how many more people has he done this too????

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR SHAW FOR 10 YEARS. I HOPE HE NEVER RETIRES! WHAT A CARING, COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR WHO HAS THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER, TAKES TIME TO LISTEN, IS WELL VERSED ON THE NEW TREATMENTS & MEDICATIONS, & DOESN'T SEND YOU IMMEDIATELY FOR EVERY EXPENSIVE TEST. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MANY PEOPLE.

Very likable and good Doctor. Make you feel at ease and comfortable while discussing your medical conditions.I drive 90 minutes to see him so that should say it all.
