Serious power tripper. Make sure you keep a little of your medication aside when it's time to renew. He likes to withhold crucial meds kind of out of the blue. Our "appointments" consisted of 15 minutes of me listening to his pen scratch out prescriptions. I guess he bills the insurance company for that.

A borderline personality, high-functioning sociopath, or simply evil. I wouldn't entrust a goldfish to this man's care.
