Horrible doctor. Horrible staff. Wait 3 hours after your appointment To see him. Will never have meds ready

If you want all your medications to be late and to wait until an hour after the doctor's closes- then this is your guy and office. The office never has your medications ready in time which puts you, the patient, without. This is deadly to many of his patients. His office's abuse of his patients has gone to their heads. Don't ever talk to a 'Tammy' in his office or let her do any lab work on you without watching her like a hawk and asking her what she is doing the entire time. Do NOT see this doctor. Yoir wait time in his office is 3 plus hours.

DR SKOOG IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND SO IS HIS NURSE EBONY AND THE NURSE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO CALLS IN MEDICATIONS SO YOU CANT ALWAYS BLAME THE NURSE FOR THIS AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR . AND DOCTOR SKOOG WOULD NOT APPERCIATE YOU TALKING ABOUT HIS NURSE AT ALL IF HE KNEW THIS IM SURE YOU WOULD NO LONGER BE A PATIENT WITH HIM . SO YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY AND PUT ON HER BECASUE IT CAN BE RESEARCHED AND I HAVE VERY CLOSE CONTACT WITH BOTH OF THEM.

Dr. Skoog is WONDERFUL! He listens and will send you to any dr you need to go to for help. The downside is the nurse (Ebony), your wait time, and getting a timely appointment. I've called the office to get routine meds called in and she has been up to 5 days late in calling them in. If the doctor could get a nurse who was timely and had a decent bedside manner-the office would be perfect.

Dr. Skoog is wonderful and caring. There is a very long wait in the waiting room and getting an appointment within a timely manner. Once Dr. Skoog is in the room, his attention is fully directed to the patient. He will stay in in the room as long as you need him too. He doesn't rush in and out which is probably why we wait an hour to two hours in the waiting room. The staff is very unfriendly. I'm sure they have to deal with lots of difficult patients but not every patient is like that. They need to remember that. Your usually calling or coming in because you don't feel well. Them being so rude doesn't not help your situation. When I call, they make me feel like I'm bothering them. The patients are the reason they stay in business and get a payday. Once your past the staff, Dr. Skoog is wonderful. if it wasn't for Dr. Skoog being a great doctor, I would not go due to the staff.

Ok. First, Dr. Skoog is wonderful. He will break his back helping you. He's a great doctor. Now for the bad stuff:His staff is horrible, they have the worst attitudes I have ever seen for people whos job is to be NICE AND ACCOMADATING to the dr's patients. Just horrible. Your waiting room time may be over 3 or 4 hours, so take something to keep yourself entertained. GettIng an appointment if you are a new patient ? It will be MONTHS. So that's your warning. as I said, Dr. Skoog is great- his staff needs to be fired.
