Dr. Charles A Slattery, MD

My family has been blessed to have Dr. Slattery as our primary care doctor for more than 15 years. We all love him and he's kind, caring and very thorough. His staff is great also.

I have never been treated so rudely as I have been by Dr. Slattery. He could benefit greatly by following the example of his staff. He is a difficult person with whom to converse; acted totally disinterested and was totally unprofessional during the interaction. For some reason, Dr. Slattery felt it was appropriate to insinuate that I was lying about a previous experience I had with another doctor. I had initially come to see him for a second opinion, but, because of his wonderful staff, I decided to transfer my records to his practice. I am very sorry that I ever set foot inside his examining room.

No follow up at all. Refuses to respond to request from hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. shows up at these facilities only when required by law.

I don't like going to doctors offices, but Dr.Slattery's office is so friendly, I always leave feeling good. Dr. Slattery reminds me how important it is for me to do my preventive tests, he really cares about keeping me healthy.

Dr Slattery has been my PCP for nearly 15 years. He is very attentive, educates when needed, very caring and knowledgable. Friendly staff who are helpful, cheerful and all around pleasant.

Dr. Slattery is a very poor primary care physician. It is hard to get him to write prescriptions for just about anything. He has no idea on how to run a practice. He hires staff based on the least amount of pay they will take. He tries to get his patients to come in as often as possible. Including things that should just take a phone call. Just so he can get another billable office visit. And if you are wondering how competent he is....... The man couldn't even pass his medical boards. This is commonly referred to as "A Doc in a box. Further any of his patients that have to be hospitalized, he will not see his patients in the hospital. He will only use the hospitalists. So if you are looking for poor quality of care.....he's your man. Dr. Charles A. Slattery of South Titusville Medical Center.

I've been with Dr. Slattery for over 20 years and I am not the easiest patient with all the complications that have come up in my health. He is supportive, good heart and extremely dedicated to his profession. HE CARES!!

I was with Dr Slattery for 20 years, I am not seen him now because I moved to another state, but I will go back to him as soon as I go back to Florida. Dr Slattery is a very caring Dr, he cares about his patients, very update in medicine any changes, very professional, a Great Dr overall, I have no complains about him and I recommend him to anybody that needs a good Dr

I spent over an hour in the office. I was told when I was in the room after he looked at me that my sugar levels were high and sent me on my way without information about what to do to get it lower! I was just given paperwork to get a meter! I was not very happy with him on this visit and left there scratching my head wondering what I am suppose to do.
