I have had very complicated gastrointestinal problems for a good portion of my life, but since moving to Gainesville I have found Dr Sninsky to be tremendously knowledgeable, diligent, personable, and otherwise being very up to the task of helping me through my medical problems. I recommend him without reservation.

I was prescribed a medicine that costs $1000 a month and when I asked if there was an alternative, nothing. I called again and left a message. Nothing. Then I started to have a bad reaction to the medicine and called for advice. No returned calls. I quit the medicine due to the side effects and called again. No returned call. I have an appointment today, but I can only meet with his PA. So far my experience has been very poor.

Dr. Sninsky has been my dedicated doctor for my Crohn’s Disease for 15 years. Dr. Sninsky is absolutely one of the BEST doctors that I could have ever imagined having as a part of my medical team/care. Dr. Sninsky is an expert at treating and managing Crohn’s Disease AND he is an expert at managing and understanding that his patients are MORE than just their CD. I have been on/tried numerous CD medications and simultaneously throughout my 15 years of treatment with Dr. Sninsky, he has understood that I am a woman, a mother, and a person with my own views, thoughts, and needs. He has allowed me to find my own way while ALWAYS being just a phone call away. Dr. Sninsky has connected me with other extremely skilled specialist due to comorbid and/or complications that I have experienced due to this relentless disease. Additionally, other physicians of mine have consulted with Dr. Sninsky about the appropriateness of specific medicines and/or procedures before treating me… and each and EVERY time, Dr. Sninsky has given his medically based opinion and specific knowledge of me and of my medical history to my other physicians promptly and respectfully. I have discussed Dr. Sninsky’s excellence with several medical professionals, with community members, and with my family and friends for years and I will continue. I feel PRIVILEGED to have Dr. Sninsky as my GI doctor as well as his entire medical team.

Very cold and unprofessional office .Their primary concern is making money not taking care of their patients .It is beyond challenging to reach a live person and you have to sometimes wait days for a return call.They have to many patients and an unprofessional /uneducated staff that does NOT care about you only their bottom line.Very sad!!!

He just came into the room after my colonoscopy and said you have cancer....just like that! No empathy and no details or what I should do, he just said you have cancer with no concern or comforting words... and left the room! The nurse had to,tell me what to,do next...which was that Imshould get a PET scan....I was in total shock.....what an unfeeling and non compassionate doctor....all he wanted was the $$$ for his services!

I have seen Dr. Sninsky for a few years now and I have recommended him to all my friends. He takes time with you, listens, and is willing to do everything he can to help you. He is a great doctor and I trust his decisions.

It is sad that I would give this doctor a rating of 5 and the office a rating of 1. This office is the worst to communicate with. You have to leave voice mails for anything you want to do, even scheduling an appointment. You better sit right by that phone to , because it becomes a game of phone tag. It is absolutely frustrating. You hear people complaining in office waiting room as well. Running a medical practice by voice mail. Rediculous. It is hurting the reputation of wonderful physicians like Dr. Sninsky

Dr. Sninsky is an awesome doctor. He is very thorough, patient and DOES answer all of your questions. I'm glad I was referred to him! He definitely knows about Crohn's Disease.
