Horrible office staff...DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff has changed over the years and not for the best I haven't been in a couple years the place has changed use to be nice sweet girls now it's lazy with a very ethnic atmosphere not good lazy and rude service!!!!!

Can not keep a good Dr. in the office . They are always changing. Dr. Sullivan is never there ! They have no one that knows what they are doing. The staff is very rude also !!

refused referrals and when he did give a referral he withdrew it (pulmonologist) would not give an oncology referral Refused to allow follow up on ct scans after Advanced Imaging recommended they be done Refused Pet scan after he finally allowed a ct scan. End result 4 different type of cancers. Effectively told her to go home & get her affairs in order. He was our PCP for 8 years. In our case he was a good PCP but when the chips were down he abandoned us. He told us that we were taking up too much of the office staffs time with referrals etc. We finally went out of network with a great lung doctor (Dr. Domenick Sorresso & he took the "ball" and got us a great oncologist and PCP who took her knowing her condition and not worrying about how much money he would lose Unlike other reviews I have always found his office staff very professional and courteous, I did not like his latest (PA & RNP) medical staff but that is another story.

The Doctors that are there are great ,but the people in the office has gone bad for over a year now. They are very slow and don't know how to do the billing. Average wait is at least 2 hrs to see the Dr. with an appointment.

I visited this office a few months ago ( I was a patient of the office for about 6 years) and had blood pressure issues. The receptionist told me that the doctor wanted me to monitor my blood pressure for a few days. She told me that if I had it done in the office, there was no charge. I had it done in the office and then received a bill for the blood pressure checks. When I went back to ask about the bill, I was told to contact the billing department because it wasn't their problem. I WAS LIED TO and nobody wants to make it right. I will never go back to this office due to the poor staff customer service. I am giving a 2 star rating, not so much for the doctor but for his unhelpful office staff.

My insurance co gave me a list of doctors on my plan,so I called said I'd be a new patient and I had a flu. The arrogant tone of voice told me to go to a clinic, That Dr Sullivan doesn't take new patients if their already sick, I will issue a complaint with my insurance company, I am greatful to find out now and not later their lack of humanity.

This was the rudest doctor I have ever seen. He talks over you when you try to speak to him and he has a nurse that is a clone of him. She is also very rude. I stopped going to him after three visits. They were not all that thrilled about giving me my medical records and almost acted as if they were taking my leaving as personal. I had to make up a story as to why I was not coming back in order to get them to release my records. I am not a person who makes a habit of telling stories but in this instance I as forced to tell them my husband was being transferred to another country.

We like Dr. Sullivan, however his staff is the most obnoxious medical office we have visited. His office manager is rude and condescending. She seemed to have some kind of personal problem with us. they ignored calls and messages we left for them, and would never call us back. In addition, because of his own health issues, Dr. sullivan is frequently unavailable and you will be seen by someone you don't know. We won't go back.

plain and simple you dont get to see the doctor.. its my first appointment and I get to see the PA. The office staff is seriously rude. there is no care here
