Excellent, uses common sense and does not like to over prescribe.....Takes his time and answers your questions.....

Dr. Sersky has been our family Pediatrician for over 21 years and he has always been awesome. The Nurses and Office staff are great too! They are all so caring!! Waiting times vary and are completely understandable! Monday's are busy because of the weekend of kids getting sick. I've never waited more than 45 mins when office is very busy. Usually only a 5-15 minute wait.

Couldn't say enough good about Dr. Swersky to do it justice. However being flanked by the rude office staff that doesn't even acknowledge your presence or return a "good morning" kind of ruins the office experience.

I always try to give a person a benefit of doubt; however, dealing with the "office gal" is more than a monumental task. She is rude and obnoxious, forgetting what was told to her, and draws her own conclusions- not based on true facts. She just does not get it.
