Dr. Charles N Tsakrios, MD

I went to him because I was getting headaches and my primary said to see him. He told me to stop eating chocolates and lose weight. There's so much tension in that office and they have so many people working there for one doctor. I'll never go back there.

They have been extremely nice with my daughter. They had the world of patience teaching my daughter how to use her contacts and they gave her enough samples of contacts to use until she was comfortable with them. They didn't push me to buy contact lenses until my daughter was comfortable putting them in her eyes. They were very helpful in saving me money too on the contact lenses. Very caring office. Recommended to my family and friends.

His staff is amazing. The girls are always cheerful, joking around and very helpful on the phone and in the office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. He gave me samples because my insurance wouldn't pay for the drops. Nice office. Recommended to my family and friends.

When Dr. Tsakrios' office realized that my daughter was taking the eye prescription and ordering her contacts from a less expensive source, they wanted nothing else to do with us. They refused to interpret the hand written numbers on their own prescription. This doctor is retiring and apparently not interested in his reputation right now, only cash.

Dr. Tsakrios was rude and somewhat verbally confrontational. As there was nothing in my behavior to cause such a reaction, I was shocked. Never had such an experience with any other health professional. He did, however, seem knowledgeable but I would never go back and would never recommend him.
