I'm new to Michigan he couldn't prescribe me my normal medications due to them being narcotics but took the time to go through all of my problems and get me all taken care

Such a poor visit I dont even have words to express the disappointment in a doctor

His office personel are horrible with crappy attitudes, I pay for total health care and was treated like a welfare patient....the one secretary went off on a rant about how she pays so much for health care and people on my plan complain and pay nothing, I then told her I work and pay for my insurance and she zipped up quick and started being nicer to me...they are definately biased based on health provider and the doctor is unprofessional, sets up multiple appointments for specialists that are not needed or could be done at once instead of 3 diff appts. And his hygene is horrible as well as his office cleanliness....do not go here unless you want to be frustrated....his office can't even get referrals right and they want to set them on days you can't make it to and if you try to change them they say you need to see the doctor again....what a joke and a rip off....not to mention they have their hand out for your 15 dollar co pay as you walk IN to see the doctor.....!

Dr. Charles Wessel is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. His office is on a first come first serve bases. So if you have four hours to sit and wait to see him, he is the right doctor for you! Your waiting not because he is so wonderful and has alot of patients, no your waiting because instead of seeing patients that need his help you have to wait on him to talk with each and every vender from the drug companies before he gets around to seeing you. He provides no follow up care and if you need a prescription filled/refilled you can forget about it.His office staff is rude and one of them hung up on me because she couldn't answer my question. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere eles.
