Procedure went very good. The Resident did a Very good job of explaining what was going to be done and a very good job of explaining what they seen during the procedure. I have had over a dozen of these procedures and this would rate as one of the easiest ones I have experienced.

My son went in for an easy surgery to fix his feeding tube which I was told Dr. Winters could easily do. After the procedure was done we were told the procedure was successful. When we were able to see him we looked at the tube and immediately knew something was wrong. There was no gastric port on the tube and the nurses agreed something was wrong and they had no idea what type of “feeding tube” this was. After Dr. Winters was contacted by the nurse and refused on several pages to come in to assess my son, it was later on discovered that (in his words, “I’m going to be honest it was unsuccessful and I have to admit I’ve never done a GJ tube but we do have the hardware available and I am going to attempt to do the procedure without causing any harm.” Specifically why the procedure was unsuccessful is because Dr. Winters placed a nasogastric tube in place of my son’s feeding tube. He is a MORON, UNPROFESSIONAL, A LIAR, and undeserving of his title and privilege to take care of, let alone… operate on patients. I highly DO NOT recommend Dr. Winters as he is uneducated, untrained, and unspecialized in the procedures he is claiming to be able to perform which in turn is in fact causing harm to patients such as my son.
