Dr. Charlie Chen

My first visit, the minute you walk in virtually every chair is occupied. The receptionist welcomes you with eagerness to listen and assist. I said to myself there must be something everyone likes (loves) about this practice with so many clients. The wait was minimal and I was taken to a room for 3D x-rays. Went back to the waiting room for about 10 minutes and was called again and taken to the dental room. So far, so good. Dr. Chen walks in, greets me and studies the x-rays. He politely asks how I can be of service. He listens to my concerns while looking at the X-rays. He concludes his analysis gives me his opinion and allows me to choose one of two options that would best address my concern. Sounds like a typical process, right? The difference is that he makes you relax and gives you a sense of confidence by his command of knowledge on his explanation of the steps needed to “successfully” address my issue. After the talk, without hesitation, Dr. Chen commences his… work by first examining all my teeth and then focusing on the task at hand. He is quick; no hesitation in tackling the problem and his assistant is diligent and comforting during the process. I liked what I experienced and my wife and I go to Dr. Chen practice for all our Dental work. The staff is polite, respectful and knowledgeable. One individual in particular that I was fortunate to get to know was the insurance claim director who processes insurance claims, plus more, for all the clients. In short, she is a wonderful, helpful and amazing individual. She takes extra measures to help you and her success rate is thus far 100%. Her name is Teresa, she is just a gem. In conclusion, you won’t be disappointed in the care and outstanding service you will receive by Dr. Chen’s practice. The overall experience has been, simply put… Great.
