Charlotte Dugan, MD

I saw Dr. Dugan last week. She was direct, thorough, and talked TO me not AT me. She made sure I was completely clear on everything related to my visit. I made it a point to take the time to write this - she made that much of an impact!

Dr. Dugan and her team provided top-notch care throughout the treatment of a sinus issue. I would (and have!) recommend her to friends, family, and strangers.

Dr. Dugan has treated both of my children. She is excellent with pediatric patients. I have also seen her for numerous issues and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Dugan was wonderful when my son had his tonsils out 15 years ago; she was caring and warm hearted. Great doctor for children! A few months ago I saw her for the 1st time in years, she asked about my son,(now 21) called him by name. Very impressive... Top notch surgeon in the Noblesville area!

Dr. Dugan provides for my hearing problems. She has also treated two minor sinus/nasal problems. She is especially understanding and willing to listen. I really have not had serious enough problems to judge her medical skill in depth, thank goodness! The audiology staff at her practice, whom I mainly see, are very skilled and helpful. I drive a considerable distance to this practice, and will definitely continue to do so.
