Dr. Charlotte Peiwha Glenn, MD

Dr. Glenn is an excellent Doctor. She is smart, funny and caring. She spends time with you answering all your questions, you never feel rushed. She is the kind of Doctor everybody wants but can rarely find. I would recommend her to anybody, knowing she would give them the best care possible.

If you want a Doctor who is caring, knowledgeable and spends time with you this is the Doctor to go see. I have read all the reviews before I wrote mine. Having spent 6 years as a Caseworker in the medical field I know there are Doctors, who deserve negative reviews. Dr Glenn is not one of them. Best Doctor I have ever had and I have had some of the best. Would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. After all isn’t that what we are all looking for, a smart compassionate Doctor who help us live a long time.

As others have mentioned, she did spend quality time with me and I felt like she was sincere. But I never got a call back from her (esp not personally) or her office and I have made several calls to them myself and I keep getting the run around or their answering service is not turned on. I left my new number with the staff but no one has called and they (supposedly) entered my personal information (my birthdate) wrong...that was their justification for why they didn't call back. I am very frustrated because I was hopeful to get some sort of guidance, but she didn't seem to know very much. Someone else in the comments above said she made an inference that Dr. Glenn concluded their issues were because they were a drug addict. I did get a slight feeling that she was assuming the same for me, because I'm too skinny right now and (in so many words) inferred that the pills I am taking were causing that. But again, this is just my guess because she literally gave me NO definitive… answers or help.

Dr. Glenn is the best primary doctors and one of the best doctors in general I've ever had. Not only is she very knowledgable and trustworthy, but she is friendly, has a sense of humor and really connects with her patients. She makes the experience very comfortable. You can tell she listens to you, like truly listens. She doesn't just stare at her computer screens and write a script. I'm very glad I found her. I even switched my dad from his primary DR over to Dr.Glenn. He was very impressed and very happy with how his first visit went.

Wonderful Doctor! She cares about the patient

I had a very interesting (NP) visit w/Dr. Charlotte Glenn in her 800 Biesterfield office on the 7th floor.. Seemed to be a wonderful lady! Promised me that she would do her best to find the appropriate treatment before I returned....I was pleased! One discussion we had when I first met her was of a personal nature, but I listened while she went into great depth re: her personal experience regarding another another doctor. She had resigned from working with another Internal Medicine Group on the 5th floor..in the same building! But nor before a scene was made in which many expletives were angrily exchanged, (so Dr. Charlotte explained)....funny enough the doctor she was so angry w/ was my OWN doctor; I had been w/for roughly 12 years! Thought nothing of it and we hugged goodbye until we'd meet again once she had made a schedule of how to treat my specific disease of Osteoporosis..... I never heard back from her & so I attempted to make an appointment w/her. When I showed… up for my 2ND appointment w/her...I was told that she had had a small emergency at home & another doctor would be 'covering' ...So I was seen by a Dr. David !!!!! (sorry) cant remember his last name. The next time I was to show up for an appointment, I was given the same excuse! She had lied to me about before..unable to come into the office etc... I wrote her a letter asking why I had such a hard time seeing her, & Why? I received nothing in response.... TODAY I learned, from a nurse that the reason she didn't want to see me was because..As she had told (a 3RD) party.... MY doctor's nurse (same one who she had told me, (ON THAT FIRST MEETING) she'd-had 'words-with').. THAT I WAS A DRUG ADDICT!!!!!!!! Needless to say I'm not sure as to why she came to this WRONG conclusion!!!!!! I don't even smoke or drink!!!!!!! I'll try to contact her Tomorrow 02/16/18 and see if she will explain herself and why she would say such a derogatory lie about me only after meeting w/me for that one time only! |If I don't get to talk w/ her to offer her an explanation...THEN I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO COMPLAIN TO (AN UPPER SOURCE) about Dr. Charlotte Glenn's complete false statement ..told behind my back & which she (just may) have told this to others!!! This is a very sad day......needless to say now!

Efficient and thorough

the office staff seem to be a little backwards and not very helpful

Our first encounter with Dr. Glenn was 100% positive. she was very interested in our health history, asked questions, LISTENED to us, and made excellent suggestions for continuing care. We are anticipating a long relationship with this doctor.

She spent time with me. Listened to me. Made recommendations. Checked in with me that I understood what she said. My previous physician passed away and I was not sure where to go... I had great care for years with that physician and wasn't sure I'd find someone who was a great doctor and a great person. I found Dr. Glenn, I feel that there is continuity of care with her.
