Horrible doctor! Run, don't walk, and find someone more capable and less egotistical.

Bed side manners are horrible! When asked questions she seems to be offended. Gives no explanation of why my daughter has recurrent UTI's. Says nothing is wrong and puts it off as a hygene and development issue. Then we are referred to the Hawk clinic and never get any further help. Felt brushed off and forgotten!

After a long wait (over an hour) I was shocked that Dr. Massad gave us less than two minutes. Like other reviewers, I found her manner condescending, dismissive and unhelpful. I just I'd seen these reviews before we went so we could have scheduled with a more helpful doctor.

Dr massad is very rude. When you have questions she looks at you like your stupid. I actually had 2 questions for the doctor and her reply was can I get finished with what I am saying she doesn't care about the patients or the parents pick another doctor in the practice

Dr. Massad's NP (Cristine) is very condesending and critical of her patients parents. Teach don't judge and treat parents like they are just stupid and don't care.....

Dr. Massad is terrible with children, an average clinician, and a capable but unskilled surgeon. She has terrible bedside manner to boot. If there were no other pediatric urologists for 100 miles, I might go to her, but if there are alternatives I would definitely use them.
