Moore's negligence, veiled patronisation of and indifference to my conditions nearly resulted in my death.

Kiln Creek Family Medicine provided everything I was looking for in my search for a new doctor. I can rejoice and praise enough for such a excellent medical team I love all of the staff they make you feel great like your apart of thier family.Dr.Moore is the best doctor I have ever had. She is precise,freindly and pays great attention to details. she ask lots of questions and I like tht she makes her patients feel genuinely cared for.

I called Dr. Charlotte Moore's office when my kids doctor called about an hour before a scheduled appointment to tell me they were no longer accepting their insurance and my younger son really needed his medication. After calling doctor's for a week straight literally going from A to Z in the phone book trying to find another doctor. I finally found someone who not only took our insurance but was also accepting new patients. I have NEVER been so happy and have felt so lucky to find a doctor before, and to be honest I'm so thankful for that call from Riverside Hilton Family Practice dismissing us...My children love her, I love taking my children there. Dr. Charlotte Moore and her entire staff makes you feel so comfortable, I love seeing them in jeans, I want to thank Dr. Charlotte Moore and her wonderful staff for making her patients want to come back. My children no longer put up a fight to go to the doctor... I LOVE THIS PLACE.....

I have never in my life had such great care like the care I receive from Dr. Moore, and her staff. I have had several instances where I have needed medical attention quickly. Recently I became very ill. I contacted them on a Monday to try and get an appt. They saw me that day. I had pneumonia. The office called a couple days later to check on me to make sure I was ok. They also scheduled a follow up appt that Friday of that same week. She was concerned about my breathing so she scheduled another follow up appt., and another one after that. I explained to her that I was having issues with my perscriptions not being received at my pharmacy. She gave me her pager number in case I had anymore problems. This is the best service I have ever received. Everyone is so freindly, and I am always greeted with a hug. I would recommend Dr. Moore and her staff to anyone.

I switched to Dr Moore after years of dissatisfaction at my previous dr's practice, after glowing recommendations by some friends. Am so happy I did! She truly cares about my well-being & shows it with a hug each time I see her. She will explore all options to get to the root of a problem and isn't satisfied until an answer has been found. Being a part of the TPMG group means referral appts with specialists are made quickly & most are located within one building. I have a complicated medical history & multiple serious issues, but she is the best primary care provider around, in my opinion!

We talked about everything but what I was there for. When I left I felt like I didn't know why I went.

I saw Dr. Moore in 2006 and told her of a huge 6CM lump in my breast, she failed to check it, upon seeking out another doctor, it turned out to be very aggressive breast cancer. Dr. Moore has a very nasty attitude and is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and seek out a real doctor. If you have a serious illness and see her you may die in the process of getting a true diagnosis and treatment. Had I continued to see her, I was told by my oncologist I would have died in another year.

I am an RN that chose to change my insurance from Tricare prime to standard just so I could continue to see Dr. Moore. She is fantastic. She is very thorough, professional and personable. I am very picky about my health care provider. Dr. Moore has been my Dr. for the last 4 years. I highly recommend her.
