Charlie and her staff are always a delight. We had a rocky start but with her encouragement and support, my diabetes has drastically reduced in the last year. Going from 11.7(I think, might of been 13.7) down 5.9. Yes she's put it towards me to do all the heavy lifting, but with her positive attitude has kept me motivated and kept updated on what I should do to keep lowering my blood sugars and insulin usage over the time.
