Dr. Charlotte H. Yeomans, MD

This doctor will lie to benefit the hospital and not the patient. There were so many inaccuracies in the chart note. She said I didn't take my medications which was not true, she did not give me my discharge medications as the staff told me to take, ensuring I have another heart attack. She would not give me an appropriate letter to take to my employer. Please go somewhere else. If you have a disagreement in plan of care, they will do everything in their power to invalidate you as a patient and not allow you your patient rights like getting your medical records, getting your discharge drugs, seeing them when asked. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor or at a hospital as with Peace Health.

Good Luck if you end up with this Dr. She lies in her chart note and says things that are simply not true as documented in the chart. If you need a letter to give your employer or school you will not get it. She does not help you and refuses to see you on discharge. I wish you well if you end up with this Dr., see someone else!
