Dentist never returned my inquiries and calls about treatment after several calls. In the end, stopped seeing him as he is very impersonable and cold and has never really shown care for me as a patient and as an individual.

This dentist lacks bedside manner so did not like him very much. Quite impersonable and his staff was not helpful at all. Will be looking for another dentist as quality treatment is largely based on friendliness and showing you truly care.

Dr. Charlson Choi is pretty rude and impersonable. Has never greeted me or taken the time to get to know me or my history. I would not recommend him to anyone unfortunately. He is also very unresponsive. His staff also hands out religious pamphlets which can be uncomfortable.

Cold, calculating, and impersonable dentist. Not a dentist who truly cares about what is best for you. Never once returned a call, and his staff is very slow and incompetent. Talks to patients about religion which was quite uncomfortable.

Great staff and doctor. Very informative & caring. Doesn't pressure you into treatment. Definitely would recommend.
