I have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Earl is caring and takes the time to go over all my health issues. All the practitioners and staff are very professional and friendly..Vicki at the front desk always greets you with a smile and has helped me schedule my appointments since my first visit, she is always pleasant and helpful.

Yesterday marked my first visit to Shilo Medical Center. I found it to be a pleasant experience. Dr. Earle and her staff were friendly and professional. They all had a genuineness to help me better my present health condition. What I also noticed was how clean and orderly the office looked. I am so thankful to finally find an exceptional doctor in the High Desert .

Unorganized and lack empathy. Never followed up regarding my disabled sons test results. Had to call multiple times to just to get the results, they had them for over a month. The results I read were red flagged; revealing my son needed immediate vitamin intervention. I then had to call back and request they prescribe the vitamin required for care. This office does not seem to care at all. Patients are not a priority here.

I love having Dr. Earl as my Dr she is always very helpful and listens to me and very nice I am happy with her.
