Dr. Cohen is unprofessional, combative and ineffective. She never reviewed my entire lab results with me, she just said they were all normal. Once I insisted by listing all of my symptoms, she flippantly blurted out, you have a thyroid disease. In shock, I asked if the nodule on the thyroid had increased in size, she said she didn't know, she only has what's in the computer. When I asked for additional testing, she questioned me asking why should she do them, and asked me if I had been reading up on the disease she diagnosed me with without any explanation. She refused additional testing stating the test were very expensive, by the way, I have insurance, and that it would "shine a bad light on her"! WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? She is worried only about money. She held a long conversation in the waiting room with pharmaceutical representatives, that she had lunch with, that continued to advise her what medicines to "start patients off with" based on their insurance. She isn't… into the field for the right reason. Her waiting room is filled with patients that pay for her Chanel necklaces and Hermes belts. I found her to be a disappointment to the profession which at one time praised her work.

Dr. Cohen needs to do something about wait time. You spend hours waiting for her and she sees you for 10 minutes or less. I always leave feeling like I wasted my time. The only way I can get info on my blood results is to call and ask. If I don’t call I don’t get info until my next 3 month visit. I don’t like her bedside manner. I have other doctors who are a million times more informative and personable. Yet she has a reputation for being the best. I don’t get it. I’m looking for another doctor.

I’m so happy that I’ve found Dr. Cohen. I appreciate her warm demeanor and efficient examinations.

I’ve finally found a doctor for life. Not only is Dr. Cohen herself a great professional, but the team that she works with are equally impressive.

I’ve always struggled to ask my doctors questions about my personal health because I didn’t always feel comfortable talking about it. Now that I’m with Dr. Cohen I know I can bring up anything related to my well being.

For years I’ve avoided going to the doctor because I never felt comfortable. But now that I’m seeing Dr. Cohen I have no hesitations about scheduling my next appointment!

In the past, I have had to wait weeks—even months—in order to get an appointment with my doctor. I know that I can trust Dr. Cohen to always find time to fit me into her schedule.
