Dr. Chase A Newton, DO

Dr. Newton and his nurse do not ever return calls to the office or messages on patients portal. Once he cant figure out a diagnosis he abandons patient care. He assured me that he had ruled out a very serious illness and I was diagnosed with this exact illness by another Dr several months later. I could have died in the process had I not called his office everyday for nearly 3 weeks insisting that I needed to do more testing.

I have been seeing Dr Newton for awhile and his nurses can be snotty I have to agree my biggest complaint is when you are being truthful about pain you are in and have legitimate MRI images to prove and they say we are sorry but we cant give you anything stronger or try anything else I mean really that's how you treat someone with chronic pain that requires surgery and knowing that it takes weeks if not months to get into surgery these days

Dr Newton and staff are horrible. They do not return phone calls And his nurses are very snotty when you ask them a question. I would not recommend seeing him.
