Dr. Chase M. Williams
Dr. Chase M. Williams grew up in Cedar City, Utah.  His Father was a dentist and he knew from a young age that he wanted to follow in his dad’s footsteps.  Chase spent countless hours is his Dad’s office watching and learning about teeth.  After completing his Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology/Zoology from Southern Utah University, He moved his lovely wife, Teresa, to Omaha, Nebraska where he attended Creighton University School of Dentistry.  During his second year of dental school, Dr. Williams’ father, Tracey, unexpectedly passed away.
This altered Dr. Williams’’ dream of working with his dad.  Chase worked extra hard in school from that point on and graduated #1 in his class in May 2007.  Dr. Williams and his family moved back to Cedar City, Utah to start his dental practice and to continue the tradition of excellence in dentistry that his father had started.  Chase and his wife Teresa have two beautiful daughters, Ashlyn age 4 and Alyssa 2.

Jeff M. Williams---Registered Dental Hygienist
Jeff was born and raised in Cedar City, Utah.  He has always loved working with his hands and has had many jobs in the dental profession.  He has done everything from chair-side dental assisting to being a full-time dental lab technician.  After the passing of his father, Jeff enrolled in the dental hygiene program at Dixie State College.  He graduated in 2007 and is excited to be working with his brother, Dr. Williams.  Jeff is great with patients and is one of the most thorough and gentle hygienist in the business.
Shalene Griffin---Front Office Manager
Shalene is at the heart of our front office.  She has held several fulfilling jobs that always allowed her to interact with people.  In March 2008 she began a career in the dental field where she enjoys working with patients on a daily basis.  She takes care of managing our patient’s insurance needs, as well as, billing, scheduling and taking phone calls.  She keeps our office in proper working order.
Lori Clark --- Dental Assistant
Lori has been working as a dental assistant for over 18 years.  During that time she has seen and done just about everything the dental field has to offer.  She has become proficient at expanded dental assisting functions. Lori is the busy body in the office and keeps our treatment rooms in tip-top shape.
Cindy Woolsey --- Dental Assistant
After completing an externship as a dental assistant during her senior year of high school, Cindy knew that the dental field is where she wanted to be.  Her first assisting job was in a pediatric dental office and later she moved to a family dental practice.  Cindy is continuing her education and plans on attending dental hygiene school in the future. Whether working with the doctor or just visiting with our patients, Cindy is sure to put a smile on your face.
