Worst experience ever. They charged more than informed. Only when I asked about a detailed information of the bill (the just give a piece of paper without any information) I realized about the extra cost they charged. I wanted to have de wellness annual check. But they charged 150 for being a new patient and 200 for rcp, if I ever might needed. I was never told about both charges before being a real patient. Only later when the insurance company did not pay everything so they charge me rather money. But the worst is as follows. The experience for my pap was traumatic. First nothing was sterilized, second in the same room was the doctor, the secretary/manager/nurse (she does everything) and a jr doctor who was practicing with my uterus. It was horrible. Both man touched my breast simultaneously without asking if I would care to have a doctor who is still learning, and with the secretary watching. Later, during the pap all people were there watching and touching. Without asking me if I… agreed to have a trainee touching my private parts and learning with me. I was in shock. I should have stop both doctors and asked for my money back. But I was in shock. I couldnt believe something like that. I felt I was in a third world country. I am from chile, and i never in my whole life had such a traumatic experience ever. So please don’t go there. They are expensive, try to charge you extra and what is worst, they do not have stuffs sterilized and clean. An extra bonus: they don’t care a shit about how you feel, specially if you are a woman.

I have been to see Dr. Babaria 3 times, I have paid my co-pay each time at the front desk - I have my receipts - but yet I still get a bill saying I owe them. They are now sending collection notices. I have called, visited with copies of everything - still collection notices - DO NOT VISIT. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE SEND YOU TO THIS DOCTOR. They won't even call me back! Horrible Customer Service - they will be rude right to your face then get angry when you call them on it - who are these people?

I have been seen by Dr. Babaria for 2 yrs. He is very polite and concerned about what your problem is and what he can do to help. He always listens to your lungs and heart and feels your abdomen for tender areas. He is very through.
