Dr. Chau Le Neason, MD

Dr. Neason took care of my mother while she was at St. Luke's hospital for nearly a week. During that week, I greatly appreciated the time that Dr. Neason spent with us to answer questions and alleviate our concerns. I also appreciated that she referred us to a good specialist when it was necessary, and she ensured that the specialist saw my mother promptly and that the staff took the necessary tests.

Dr Neaason was a hospitalist who saw my family at St. Luke's Hospital. Her warm and caring attidude was a soothing balm to the family during a very stressful time. I wish she could see patients outside the hospital I would change to her care in a minute.

She's arrogant, behaves as someone high and mighty, unprofessional,not caring and dedicated to the medical profession and looks down at patient and family. She doesn't listen and answer questions and simply walk away saying you go and ask your regular doctor because I just work in the hospital. The patient and family saw her only on the first day and discharge day out of the two(2) weeks hospitalization and don't visit and/or talk to the patient and family although she checks the medical records everyday (maybe for Medicare payments purposes). She's discourteous, unethical, tactless, rude, inconsiderate and belittled the patient/family in public, before nurses and office staff in the nurses station. If she has something negative to say about the patient/family, it is bad manners and unprofessional to do it in public since it is a privacy issue and should be settled/talked privately. On the discharge day, she was late for about four(4)on the… scheduled time she promised to come and discharge patient. She's the worst doctor we ever meet in our whole life. We will never have her again, not even on emergency cases as our doctor. Any other doctor is much, much better than her. She should be disciplined and be lectured on how to behave ethically and professionally as a doctor. We already filed a complaint against her with the patient services at SLEH and it was communicated to the Medical Chief of the medical staff.
