Summary
I had a life-changing illness in high school and spent weeks in the hospital. My doctor built a relationship with me and told me, "You're going to be a doctor." I tell patients that their mental health struggles don't define them and that their treatment will improve their overall health. I enjoy the nexus of medicine and psychiatry.
