Chee was great overall. She removed some tonsil stones, but when I got home there were plenty of stones left. That could have been due to my gag reflex. Chee wasn't aware of the cryptolysis procedure, and I'm not sure why. Overall she was good.

Chee Xiong was very helpful. She took time to describe Inspire and how it works as well as criteria I have to meet to be a possible candidate for the device as well as having an endoscopy. After passing on the information she asked if I had any questions. She was very friendly and thorough.
