Originally from Olathe, Kansas, Dr. Chelsea Jerabek earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rockhurst University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. With a strong background in outpatient care, she has successfully treated a wide range of patients of all ages, addressing various physical therapy needs with a personalized and compassionate approach. Her clinical expertise is grounded in years of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to improving quality of life through effective rehabilitation.Dr. Chelsea has a particular passion for working with individuals dealing with chronic pain and complex medical conditions. Her own journey as a patient navigating persistent health issues has shaped her approach to care.
