I even had one of the young ladies who helped me before the doctor came in even just talk to me real nicely and assured me about the procedure that she was getting ready to do with me and it just comforted and console me. She actually said, pinky square and we joined hands that it was not gonna be painful and it wasn't. I appreciate that she took the time to assure me that the procedure was not going to be painful.

There was a TEAM of providers: first the COT for the basic exam; then a person who I think was a Student/Intern In her final year of Optometry school; then the OD herself. Each person was pleasant, friendly, and attentive to my questions and understanding of what they did and said. I actually learned things about my eyes that I can do, going forward, to ease some issues I've had.
