Chelsy Marie Mccarroll

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. When I asked Chelsy a simple question about her care plan for my daughter, she was so offended that anyone would question her at all that she began yelling at me. She stated that she “is the nurse practitioner”, “has more education” than me, and then stated “I’m not treating you anymore”. All in response to being asked a simple question out of concern for our daughter who is still sick. Chelsy has only been a NP for 2 years if you look online, and her lack of experience shows through in her clinical incompetence as well as her inability to have a conversation in which she can back the plan of care she’s chosen, calmly and without yelling. She cut me off and wouldn’t even listen to my concerns, barely listened to our daughter’s lungs, and illegally refused to provide the treatment that she agreed to provide when she obtained her license. Dawn is another NP at the same facility as Chelsy and she’s wonderful, however, if Chelsy is the NP on - go… elsewhere if you’re looking for a provider who actually knows what they’re doing.
