One's mental and emotional health are intimately intertwined with one's physical health. For true longevity, a robust lifestyle with happiness and peace, one must continually strive for both optimum physical and emotional/mental health. Unfortunately, society and many institutions neglect this paramount concept and focus heavily on the physical, and neglect the mind, the mental, the psychological, the emotional and/or the humanistic aspects of medicine. I am happy to be part of a medical group that allows us to promote psychiatric and psychological aspects of medical care for I believe true longevity, happiness and peace can only come when body and mind are treated as one.

Dr. Heh has lot of compassion and empathy. One of the best quality is his ability to listen to the patient. He really cares and gives all the time needed for each patient

I went in to see Dr. Heh. I have had a full Neuropsych exam done with a and worked with three other Psychiatrist. With only a 15 minute visit he un-diagnosed me. Said I no long have ADHD or Anxiety. Also told me I should get into rehab to get off of the meds that other psychiatrists have prescribed for me. The worst practice of doctoring I have ever experienced. I wouldn't see him if my life depended on it!!

Unfortunately I heard Dr Heh maybe leaving the area, he will be greatly missed. I have been seeing him for the past 10 years and he has been one of the few psychiatrist that simply does NOT push pills. He actually listens, talks and provides feedback on your issues and most importantly he is there when you need him. Good luck Dr. Heh.

I have seen a lot of shrinks in the past. Dr Heh is down to earth, straightforward and he is NOT strange. Good guy, I only wish he could be cloned so that he had more time to help others!

I have been to a lot of psychiatrists in my life time. This field can attract some strange people at times. Dr. Heh actually comes across as being quite normal. You will find him very personable, straightforward and experienced. I only wish I had more time with him. Note, he is a very busy and hard to get an INITIAL appointment with !
