My insurance company assigned Mr. Cheng Gonjon as my primary doctor. My tonsil were starting to get infected and I call to schedule a same day appointment. Since it was my first visit I wanted to ask some questions to make sure it was an office/practice that was going to feel comfortable with. I was greeted over the phone by an office assistant by name of Jannary(Don't know if this his her real name). After giving her my name and insurance information, I explain to her my condition and that I was in need to see to schedule a visit the same day. She agreed to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Gonjon the same day at 1:30PM. She stressed the importance of getting there on time which I can understand and agreed to. When I started to asked Ms. Jannary some questions (office hrs, wait time, does the doctor takes call after hrs) she brush me off, became defensive. I explain to her that it was my first visit and I just wanted to make sure that I was making the right choice choosing… Dr. Gonjon as primary care provider. After the appointment was confirmed and I had already made arrangements to be there at 1:30PM. Ms. Jannary call me with a bad attitude to inform me that the office manager had decided to cancel my appointment without cause and that she suggest I choose another doctor from the insurance network. I told her that it was very unprofessional, a poor reflections of their office and that I was going to write a review of my experience. I am sure Dr. Gonjon is a fine and competent doctor with very good bedside manners but his office staff is casting a bad shadow over his practice.

Dr. Gonjon and his staff are very professional and caring. They are very sensitive to my needs and treated me as part of their family.

Dr. Cheng, is the primary doctor for my Father in-law. I went on the last visit and was very pleased to see how dedicated this doctor was. He really creates a personal connection with this patients.
