Dr. Cheng Tsing Pan, MD

This man has no people skills.He repeats everything you say.He loves to over medicate.He seems to have almost some sort of God complex and enjoy the power and authority that his doctorate gives him.Inapropriate diagnosis If you have one issue it's "Oh know your pyschotic".If you lose your job your fresh out of luck.If he tells you he will do something do not trust him at his word.He is a liar manipulative and loves to twist your words!How he is in practice I am not sure!

I have never seen an office with so many flyers of rules and fees on their walls and patient glass at the check in desk. I counted 12! The receptionists are like pit bulls and defensive as soon as you approach them. I observed this with several patients. There is no attempt to help the patient. I was "dropped" as a patient when I lost my job and insurance, even though I had been there for 6 years and always paid my bill. Dr. Pan himself was like talking to a wall, he just repeated what I said. In 6 years I never felt any connection with him. Though he is a nice man, he has no people skills.

I don't care for this psychiatrist. When a patient has crises he does not respond. He allows patients to suffer. His staff is rude. He spreads himself too thin to properly care for his patients. God help you if you are in crisis and need med adjustments or a prn.

Smart and very nice and caring does job well.
