Refused to prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection I had for almost a week, had to be seen elsewhere to be treated. Didn't get better until a different doctor prescribed antibiotics.

Dr. Lane is wonderful to deal with and helps me at every visit.

Dr Lane is an excellent physician. She is thorough and takes her time listening to you and your concerns. She is an excellent doctor. However, her staff makes the overall experience misberable. The front desk is rude and cold. The ladies have never been polite. The appointment maker is friendly for only appointments. Seems the office manager or the medical assistant makes speaking with the doctor or getting a prescription refill IMPOSSIBLE. She has a power trip complex that is very disturbing as a patient. If you want a great doctor Dr. Lane is the one. But you have to be willing to have a "go between" determining if and when you can speak to the doctor and be willing to get down to a day or 2 left of your medication before the OFFICE MANAGER or MEDICAL ASSISTANT will submit your request to the doctor for a refill. As many people know pharmacies don't always have your specific prescription in stock and it may need to be ordered. Often times this may take 2 days or longer. … Especially if there is a manufacturing problem.

Had an urgent issue and Dr. Lane was able to see me the next day! She took her time to figure out what the issue was and the best was to treat it. Office staff was quick and courteous. Never would get this service from my previous doctor.

Listens but really doesn't always act, feel she could do more.

I have been with Dr. Lane for several years and have experienced a variety of ailments that she was able to quickly diagnose and treat. She is a wonderful, courteous and direct doctor.
