Dr. Cherese Marie Wiley, MD

I have been so pleased and touched by this doctors care. In a day of indifference by so many in the world I found this beautiful woman to care for my health needs. She has taken my husband for a patient as well and now my two best friends are seeing her too. Dr. Wiley is a great Blessing to us!

I took my 18 year old daughter to see Dr. Wiley for her first well woman exam. It's 100% covered by insurance, so we weren't expecting to pay anything. At the end of the visit, Dr. Wiley asked me to step out of the room so she could talk "woman to woman" with my daughter. Fine. My daughter loved being treated like an adult. While I was away, Dr. Wiley convinced my daughter to do a battery of extra tests and the surprise bill is $900. Blue Cross Blue Shield says none of it is medically necessary. Dr. Wiley's office insists that because my daughter is 18, we're on the hook for what she agreed to. What's worse, I told Dr. Wiley that we would get my daughter's well-woman labs done at Quest, but she convinced us to do it in her lab, saying how much easier and faster it would be for her to get the results. At that point, we were talking about labs that were covered, so we agreed to do it there. $900 later... At Quest, these tests would have been around $90. One final concern:… Dr. Wiley told us that adapalene is an antibiotic. It's not - it's a retinoid. That's a pretty basic fact to get wrong. And she called us as soon as the labs came back, very concerned that my daughter's liver enzymes were high, wanting us to come back in that very day to retest in her lab. I had to remind her that my daughter was recovering from mono and that was the probably cause for the high liver readings. If we can get this worked out with Dr. Wiley's office, I'll post an update here, but so far, it's been 6 months of back and forth with no progress and an ugly "FINAL NOTICE" invoice.

I've been going to Dr Wiley for years in the beginning she was very thorough in her examine, now she barley listens to your concerns and rushes you thru like an assembly line. Not very hands on with the examine or in conversation. Very disappointed, and I would not refer anyone to her anymore.

From the first contact person, to the medical assistant up to Dr. Wiley, communication was poor. When I got my remainder call the assistant was rude; even told me to make sure to be prompt because Dr. Wiley is very prompt. Well, got there early and was not seen until after my appointment time. Dr. Wiley does not listen to you and does not contact you in a reasonable timeframe with lab results. And she’s petty...

Went in for a physical. Had a question for her. When I asked my question she said if I had a question for her I would need to reschedule my physical. Laid out a treatment plan without actually listening to my symptoms. Cuts you off when you are trying to explain. Impatient. Lacks professionalism and more importantly compassion.

This is the doctor for you if you want someone that does not listen to you, but tell you how she think you should feel. You can normally tell if the doctor is right for you after the second visit...never again...

Dr. Wiley is awesome... Very down to earth and truly is compassionate about her patients!

This was my first visit with Dr. Wiley. She is an wonderful doctor and listen to you concerns,she gives her professional and personal opinions to your matters.
