Ong Institue is a professional, warm welcoming office with knowledgeable staff and an amazing plastic surgeon. Going to them for reasons and a procedure that isn’t so comfortable, I felt nothing but respected and comfortable! I have nothing but great things to say about Doctor Ong and her staff, they truly changed my life!

Love love Dr Ong! Expert in her field! Awesome experience. Have been her patient since 2015. She is such an amazing Dr. She has took me through quite a journey with my breast cancer. Couldn't have made a better desicion. I will always be grateful for her special care. ?

I am so pleased with my surgery results! I was pursuing another well known surgeon and could not get a return call for 8 months. A friend recommended Dr. Ong, and on the first consulataion I was very impressed with her, the office and her staff. The financial consultant was present right from the start, and was instrumental in getting my insurance company to pay for my entire surgery. Dr. Ong was very skilled and really listened to me and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I will reccommend her to any of my friends, co-workers and family that are considering a surgery.

Overall I had a excellent experience with Dr. Ong and her staff. They were very friendly and Dr. Ong took the time to really help me understand my options.

I recently completed breast reconstruction with Dr. Ong after bi-lateral mastectomy. I found Dr. Ong to be overly officious, sometimes rude, cold, and definitely not invested in the best possible cosmetic outcome.
