Dr. Cherie Bragg, MD

I wrote many horrible reviews of Dr. Cherie Bragg and for that I am truly sorry. She is the kindest, most caring doctor who I ever had in my life. She is always there when you need her. I live alone and when I had COVID, she called to check on me. Do you know of anyone else who would do this act of kindness much less a doctor? I was angry with her advice that she gave me on 11/11/2024. She did not throw me away like trash. I was the one who decided to leave her care. May God forgive me for the pain I may have caused her and may He bless her always not only in her practice but her life as well.

Dr. Bragg is the WORST PCP that I have ever had. She makes the patient wait while she is talking to her husband, family or anyone interested in the Saints. The reason I know this is because the office walls are NOT soundproof. If you as a patient believe that your personal information is secure, think again! She is out of the office on Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons and every time she gets the chance to go on a vacation (which is often) and/or an anniversary trip in March and a birthday bash in September, she is a gone pecan. Also, sometimes when you go back to the receptionist upon departure, look in the breakroom where one is likely to find Jello-shots, especially during Mardi Gras season. I don't know about you, but I certainly don't want a wasted or hungover doctor in charge of my health needs.

I am a senior citizen and I presented Dr. Bragg with symptoms which were highly unrepresentative of me of being quickly irritated, agitated and fearful. She referred me to a mental hospital! Going elsewhere, I discovered that I had a UTI which symptoms include those I mentioned to Dr. Bragg. Maybe - just maybe - I might excuse her behavior if I was a new patient, but after 18 years, I don't think so. Goodbye Dr. Bragg.

The best doctor I have been to

Gets you in and rushes you out does not spend to time to properly diagnose you. Please do not call to ask a question concerning medication reactions or anything you may get a call back or you many not, after 48 hours I had to call again on more than one occasion. Her nurse is rushes you as well and may or may not relay messages to her. It seems her office need more help or less patients. Nice but not so great.

I requested an order for the sea sick patch...to my disappointment it was not order...the office phone does not connect 2 and answering service where she can at least be contacted

Even though I have premium insurance, couldn't make new patient appointment, due to office staff being extremely rude and unwilling to help. Called the office two times on different days, same result, unfriendly and uncooperative staff.

She overdosed me on a medication and when I came back she acted like it was no big deal. She knew prior to my follow-up appointment, but didn't find it necessary to call and tell me. Not to mention the drug was a stimulant. I have had multiple family members given the wrong diagnosis. DO NOT go to this woman. She is completely out of her mind and needs to go back to medical school!!!!!

Dr. Drez treated me like I was a person, not just another body. She took time with me and did not rush me out. She diagnosed my problem exactly and put me on the road to recovery. Excellent doctor.
