I have been a patient of Dr Niles for 13 years. The last procedure I had done I had paid all up front fees. My insurance did not pay 250.00, which they said they sent me notices. When I called to make my yearly appointment I was told I had a bill that what sent to collection. I paid as soon I got off the phone with them. The office talk to the Dr and she said she will not see me because of the bill that was sent to collection. Here I am 13 years with a doctor that I always paid and now being refused to see

Doctor Niles has a great bedside manner. Does not make the patient feel stupid when they ask a questions. Willing to address all complaints without question. Her assistant Lisa is the best. She will make you feel just as comfortable as the doctor. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

First impressions to me are everything and she and her staff are great!!!! I had only one appt so far with her but i can see her as my GI doctor forever. Very impressed!

Not Happy..refused to give results over phone to patient...after spending money to have procedures done insist on more money to get results...what ever happened to the doctors that cared more about the patient than the money...assistant was very rude and thinks she knows all. would not discuss with patient in private, air out all business in front of other customers... will not ever go back to this doctor and will make sure others know their real side......

No one likes a colonoscopy, but Dr. Niles is such a sweet lady, she makes it so much easier. She is extremely caring and a wonderful Doctor. You will not find any one better!
