Waited 1 hr and 25 minutes before seeing this het and not even sorry we’re running late or anything… Not a word. i’m sure there’s better doctors that would have the courtesy to say I’m sorry or some thing. She just lost me as a patient

Shame on you Doctor Passano. You turned away a elderly woman and her handicapped child just because she didn't have her insurance card on her at the time of her appointment. I could see if she was a new patient, but for God sakes, she's been coming to you for her yearly exam for quite some time now and somehow you get paid (I guess that's because you do have her insurance card on file). Shame, shame, shame on you. You now have a patient of yours crying in your parking lot. How dare you. She would have called you immediately with her insurance card number the moment she got home. You just lost at least two loyal patients....most likely more will follow.

Love Dr. Passano, I would recommend her highly to everyone !!!

Along with her skill, she has a wonderful bedside manner (a lost art).

i went into heavy labor so i called the office and let the service kno that i was on my way to the hospital. I was in hospital for hours in labor with my first child, where the nurses told me repeatedly that i could not get a epidural unless my dr showed up, but they spoke to Dr Passano and she was on her way...hours later .Dr passano walked in after the baby was born into the nurses arms...no epidul, and extremely traumatic experience. i would DEFINITELY NOT suggest her as an OB/GYN!!

Dr. Pasano is extremely easy to relate to. She makes you feel very comfortable and NEVER rushes you! My youngest child is 10 years old and I have had wonderful treatment whether I was an OB patient or not. Would highly recommend her!

Caring, compassionate, great bedside manner. Easy to talk to and answers all my questions. Very knowledgable and doesn't rush you out the door.

I have been going to Tallman OB-GYN for 7 years, and Dr. Passano is, along with the rest of the Drs, absolutely amazing. She is the sweetest, most caring doctor I have ever met, and always maintains her professionalism while building a personal relationship with her patients. She has always taken care of me, and performed my c-section with my second child, at which she did a wonderful job and I healed in not time. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been her patient for several years. Most of the time, she is too busy to see me and pawns me off to the midwife when I am not even an OB patient. She hasn't actually talked to me in two years. They give tremendous priority to OB patients, and everyone else is irrelevant.
